1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Online Bagsakan Urdaneta (OBRA), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
OBRA is an online marketplace connecting local farmers, vendors, and buyers in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and availability. Sellers must ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards. OBRA reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through our platform. OBRA supports Cash on Delivery (COD) and GCash payment methods. Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱).
5. Delivery
Delivery is handled by registered OBRA drivers within Urdaneta City and nearby areas. Delivery fees apply based on distance. OBRA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before the seller confirms them. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to seller approval. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days for eligible cancellations.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
OBRA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
